Dr. Nayar’s teaching, research and grant writing skills were of great benefit to Daytona State College and many people were positively impacted by his energy, passion and inspiration. His greatest strength is his ability to nurture and encourage others to engage in STEM research. As an experienced researcher himself, he knows the importance of basic research skills and evaluation principles and patiently leads others in the effective practice of both.
